About
From earning my third-degree black belt in Taekwondo at 14 to selling door-to-door in 100+ degree weather at 17, I guess you could say I live life to the max. After my freshman year of high school, I hopped on the Amtrak to the Bay Area and landed a spot with the Blue Devils 'B' Drum and Bugle Corp. The rest of that summer, we rehearsed day in and day out, competing around the country until we landed third place in world championships competition.Following my sophomore year of high school, I enrolled in an 11-credit college course load over the summer. That fall, I ended up taking a full load of high school classes alongside 11 credits of college classes, a part-time job, 20+ hours of band rehearsal a week, and leadership responsibilities as both Vice President and High Brass Section Leader in my high school's band program. On January 19, 2024, I was nominated to the U.S. Air Force Academy. Although that door was ultimately closed, another one opened. Exactly three months later, I was admitted to the University of Austin's inaugural class. After graduating a year early from high school, I moved to Austin where I am now part of the founding class at the University of Austin, a new school dedicated to the fearless pursuit of truth, critical thinking, and development of the leaders of tomorrow.
